A GAME WHERE MEMORY IS GUIDED BY BOTH SIGHT AND TOUCH

MATCH AS MANY EXACT PAIRS OF CARDS AS POSSIBLE TO WIN.

The design of Feel & Pair was guided by clear criteria to ensure the game is inclusive, accessible, and age-appropriate. Created for children aged 6 to 10, the game emphasizes tactile interaction, Braille, and high-contrast visual patterns to make play engaging for both sighted and visually impaired users. By fostering social interaction, logical reasoning, and emotional resilience, the game supports children’s developmental milestones while promoting equal opportunities for participation and belonging.

2 to 8 participants.

Suitable for players aged 5 and above.

40 cards including:
38 standard cards
2 “Doom” cards

Players take turns in a clockwise order.
Any two cards of player’s choice will be flipped over.
Matching Pair:
If the two cards are identical, the player collects the pair and keeps them. As a reward, the player gets to flip over two more cards.
Non-Matching Pair:
If the two cards do not match, they should be flipped back face down.
Doom Card:
If a “Doom” card is flipped, the player cannot participate in the rest of the current round.

COLOR

PALETTE

With more than 350 million people worldwide affected by color blindness, I selected a high-contrast yellow and blue palette that remains easily distinguishable across various vision conditions. This choice enhances clarity, inclusivity, and playful appeal, ensuring that all children can enjoy the game equally.
